D’Andrea’s Deli & Cafe started as a dream—like most great business ideas do. With hard work and the unwavering support of our family and friends, we quickly realized that dream could become a reality.

Adrian began his journey in the food industry as a dishwasher and worked his way up to grill cook, then into managing a deli and overseeing corporate and social catering operations. Layla’s first job was at McDonald’s, followed by Starbucks and other cafés, where she led front-of-house operations and supported catering departments. Over time, she advanced into roles as District Manager and Director of Operations. Together, Adrian and Layla form the perfect balance of back-of-house and front-of-house expertise.

With our deep love for food (a lot) and coffee (maybe too much), we decided that 2026 was the right time to put our passion and experience into something of our own.
